New Toilet Block at Penguin Island
RSA was selected to work with the Department of Conservation Biodiversity and Attractions (DBCA) with the new toilet block at Penguin Island WA. RSA’s engagement was to provide geotechnical, civil & structural advice for the DBCA design team and builder. The design team selected the construction materials for the project based on the DBCA design ethos and the durability requirements of this location.
Concrete Batch Plant Upgrade
From project concept, we worked with the client to scope their requirements then design and document the concrete plant upgrade. We worked extensively with the client’s project manager to ensure contractors complied with quality standards and adhered to the design. Working in close collaboration with the client throughout the project ensured the project outcome matched the clients expectations.
Baynton West Residential and
Commercial Subdivision
We worked with the client from refining the project concept to completing the civil design for the subdivision.
Kangaroo Hill Kitchen Diner Upgrade
to Cyclone Refuge
We provided structural design and documentation to enable the existing kitchen diner to be upgraded for use as a refuge during a cyclone event. There were a number of important considerations when undertaking the design, not least of which was the exposed location on a hill above the Port of Dampier.
Modular Buildings for Rio Tinto
There were many facets to this project, including design of the foundations, structural design, testing, fabrication inspection and certification of one and two story modular buildings to be installed for the Nammuldi Below Water Table (NBWT) project at Brockman 4.
Burswood Residence
RSA recently completed the structural design for a private residence in Burswood, WA. The works involved partial demolition to an existing 3x1 residence, and an addition of proposed 216m2 structure.
Truck Centre WA - Port Hedland
RSA has been awarded the lead consultant role and structural engineering contract for the new Truck Centre WA facility located in Port Hedland. Construction is now complete.
